Fresh ingredients are the heart & soul of Bar Acuda. Over the last 15 years owner Jim Moffat and his chefs Hanna and Kenny Uddifa have nurtured close relationships with local island fishermen and organic farmers. Together, they bring the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients to your table.

Bar Acuda’s exceptional wine list reflects an enclave of small, passionate producers from Italy, France, Spain, Oregon, and California. Our distinct emphasis on Rhone-style grape varietals pair exceedingly well with our provincial-style menu.

Half of the wines featured on the list are available by the glass; all of them are full of charm, personality and pleasure. Salut!
